Our counselors will go over form and if you meet our adoption criteria we will call you and set up a home check.
On home check if your home meets the needs of a forever home for adoptee we will go over adoption process at that time.

I understand that Give a Dog a Bone Rescue cannot and does not make any representation of warranties, either expressed or implied concerning the temperament, habit, health, pedigree, disposition, sex, or background of this animal and that I have no rights to reimbursement of medical or professional fees. Furthermore, I understand that the animals' future reactions to me, my family, or any other persons are completely unpredictable because animals can have their own personalities. I also assume full responsibility to provide proper food, water, shelter, veterinary care, exercises, and a safe environment for this animal. Animals should never be left unattended in a motor vehicle at any time.
In consideration of receiving this animal the adopting party hereby releases Give a Dog a Bone Rescue, it's foster parents, and any employees from claims of liability to anyone for injuries or damage caused to them or their property.
By typing my initials below I acknowledge that if for any reason the adoption party does not or cannot comply with the provisions of this agreement or state and city laws governing animals, the adoption party agrees to return the animal to Give a Dog a Bone Rescue and forfeits all fees and expenses associated with the animal.
